We had pork belly last night The farm shop does really nice small pieces of it, complete with rib bones I roasted it on a bed of rosemary sprigs, whole garlic cloves and shallots, which made for fantastic gravy - and the crackling was yummy too We hadn't had a roast of any kind for months
