It's odd here too
Short-sleeved t-shirt, thin jeans (other pairs are far too thick) - and socks My feet were the only part of me that felt a bit chilly.
Yesterday Bb changed from cropped trousers and short-sleeved t-shirt to long ones

I want thin, cotton, but long-sleeved - everything I see in the shops is too thick, too hot, too acrylic

Definitely autumn though, stewing steak thawing ready for beef and ale stew in the slow cooker tomorrow. I bought a bottle of beer specially, and might even make dumplings

Well it's October now - Winter draws on

October 1, can only mean 1 thing. Hubby's birthday, and me wearing shorts today for the first time since last summer while I mowed the lawns. Better get the woollen jumpers washed and packed away

He's had a pretty fab relaxing day. Apparently our spring is going to continue to be pretty windy. No predictions yet for summer. I have my fingers crossed though.
