Well that was a waste of time!

The letter was issued on the 9th. and arrived on the 11th, Saturday. The office was closed over the weekend so I spent 27 minutes from 9am trying to get through to the office. By the time I spoke to someone the flat had already been viewed and accepted!

Miffed and just a little disappointed.
