Somewhat different start to the day......

Met Don last night when I finished at 9 and we had a couple of beers and a bite to eat.

Got home to the sad news that the old man that lives three villas from us had passed away around 7pm.

As is the custom here there was a gathering of neighbours to be with his wife and family and then the body was taken to be rested at church before his funeral which is at 11 this morning (10 your time.)

So we're off soon to walk to church and say our goodbyes to lovely Alfonso.
