I can't eat chocolate, it doesn't agree with me - headaches and not great for my tummy either. I am completely convinced that it has addictive qualities, because although I occasionally lapse I tend to avoid it as much as possible. However, my lapses are becoming more and more rare because the effects are not worth it, but I know that if I start on a bar or, say, a packet of Maltesers, I can't stop even though I know I shouldn't. However, when I am off it, which is most of the time, I don't crave it at all.

Actually Osc, although I said 'I'm a chocoholic', it's more that I choose to eat it because I like it so much :D
I've given it up completely on occasions eg for lent, or for diets  and apart from the obvious 'forbidden fruit' appeal, have never had any real cravings.

There's always some in the house, and most days I eat it, but with today being a 'fast day', even with this thread lol, I'm not that bothered.
My Wispa bar though, is in the fridge ready for tomorrow afternoon ;)
