Morning Ally, morning everyone

Cloudy and 31C.

I am very pleased to say that the patient is just about back to his normal grumpy self  I was very naughty and took a picture of him, which is on fb, for those who have it. He will continue with the painkillers, but stop the anti-inflammitories.

I'm off to the coffee morning later and he is going to stay here and do a couple of jobs that need doing. He'll meet me at the Palma for lunch, after he's booked La Diva in for it's inspection.

Back to do not a lot :Hi:

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Hello you three and everyone; good morning and happy Friday

Ally, your day sounds perfect - enjoy
Jan, glad Grumpy is starting to feel better. And yes - saw the photo    does he know you put it up? LOL
Cruiser, as always enjoy Chorley and your pootle afternoon

WFH for me (well, Friday's usually are).... it'll be a busy day; I've got two colleagues on holiday which means I've got 2 additional people to look after; one for today and Monday only, but the other today and all of next week. I need to do some research on a new smart watch, the one I had broke yesterday. Still not sure quite how, but the face just popped out of the casing and I can't get it back in and it now won't switch on.

Have a lovely day all x

Morning all,
Not been on much lately been busy with hosp appointments, got a couple leaky heart valves and 1 artery a bit furred up.
Well I have had a lung test -all ok.
Have had a tube in the arm and round to the heart for a looksee.
Yesterday was due a camera down the throat for another looked at my heart. With all the results they will decide what to do.Fine but.
My appointment was for 1pm nothing to eat or drink for 6 hrs before, so I was up at 6,breakfast at 6 45, off to host at 12.15.
Arrived at 12.40 showed my appointment letter to reception asked to take a seat.
At 2pm my wife asked if there was a long delay where upon the receptionist said " your not actually on today's list".
Nurse came and said " when did you last eat and drink" soil said 6.45 this morning.
Upshot of all this was back to hosp 8 a.m Monday.
Sorry for the long story

Morning all, it’s dull but the rain we had first thing has stopped for now.

I took George for a walk once the rain stopped. He’s asleep on the sofa now, no surprise as he decided to get up at 5.30. My alarm is set for 6am so it was only 30 minutes but I really wanted that extra half an hour of sleep  There’s washing in the machine, the dishwasher is on and the Tesco order is due shortly. Joe’s working upstairs in the office. Jade’s coming over this afternoon, she works in a school in Walsall and it’s closed today for Eid.

Need to go to my Dad’s tonight to take some shopping and we need to have a word with him, not that it makes any difference and my sister and Roger have tried too. Last week when we went the first thing he said was that his lawn needed cutting. It was too wet to do it then so John said he’d do it one night after work in the week if it was dry. My sister and Rog went on Tuesday morning and he said he was going to do it himself as John said he’d do it one night but he hadn’t been yet so they did it for him, John had worked late Monday night so didn’t have chance!
What he doesn’t seem to take onboard is that each time he does something that we’ve told him not to and he falls and hurts himself, it then means that one of us ends up spending 8 hours sitting in A&E with him. Julie’s threatening him with taking the shed key away.

Vic, that’s awful! Surely reception must’ve checked you in on seeing the letter as you arrived. Hope all turns out ok.

Have a good day all :)
