Good Morning Sunday

Postby Kaz » 26 Feb 2017, 08:59

Morning all, I'm an early bird for a Sunday as we are off to the Classic Car Show at the ExCel in Docklands to see my cousin J, over from Germany :) Frank I will ask him about your watch that you lost!

We are leaving home soon to drop the dogs round at D's, then drive to Egham to pick up H and leave the car. Meeting Chris at Staines station then getting the train to Waterloo and then the tube! A long journey and a long day, but am really looking forward to it! :D

Have a good day everyone :) xx

Have just the best day ever Kaz, and enjoy meeting up with your cousin - a long day yes, but what fun it'll be x
Morning Saundra x

I've got the first load of washing on and am hoping to be able to partially dry it outside. Not exactly warm yet, but the sun is trying to peek through... but at least they're expecting it to stay dry which is a bonus. I'm planning a garden tidy day - the winds we had the other day blew off any remaining dead leaves from the various shrubs and the birch tree next door I think lost most of it's thin branches - they're everywhere.

Have a lovely day all, enjoy whatever it is you're up to x

Good morning all.

It's dry, but not very bright here. We're going into town shortly to do a little shopping and to
pick up my new glasses (if ready). Nothing planned for the rest of the day.

Hope you all have a lovely day.

Good morning all. That sounds a nice day Kaz and I wish we had your weather Ally! It will soon be spring though.

The house is very quiet atm, MrsC is still over at our daughters. It wasn't quiet at 5.30 am when the cat woke me up by yowling on the stairs. I should pop a wash on too Ria, but the weather looks a bit iffy for drying this morning.

Family Sunday dinner planned and watching the footy this afternoon, maybe a glass of wine or two tonight.

Have a good day everyone.

Morning everyone

Another grey day here   sunny in the Algarve though  :cute: :cute:   but it's not cold and it's dry, so bbq later :Hi: :Hi:

Kaz, have the best of days - safe journey down and I take it you're back tonight?

We just couldn't be bothered to get up, so stayed in bed with a coffee and read, now really should do something ;)

Oh, I have to try mackerel fillets this morning   Grumpy has them every Sunday, with a glass of port  - very Portuguese - and as I have to eat more fish, I'm going to try the smallest piece I can, to see if I like it or not. Not, probably

Enjoy your day everyone, whatever you're doing xx Envy those in the sun 8-)

Morning :)
Not very bright but not too cold.

Have a fabulous day Kaz :D

Ton I often have mackerel (tinned in tomato sauce) for lunch. On toast, mashed a bit, with grated cheese on top then grilled. Tastes different and the cheese might help x

We're doing nothing in particular :)

Sounds a plan Di :D

I've just had some - the smallest piece I could get away with   Not tooooo bad, but I think I'd have to mash it, cheese op top and slop it on a jacket potato. Couldn't eat it like Grumpy does - and oh, the after taste :cute: :cute:  sticking out tongue smillie please

The sun is trying hard to come out, but still cloudy, but we've both had brekkie outside, :Hi: :Hi:
