Dinner tonight

Postby tonicha » 23 Feb 2017, 19:41

Is fish pie

I've made a cheese sauce, poured it over small pieces of white fish, added parsley, pepper (lots   ) garlic, boiled eggs and topped with mashed potato, made with an omega 3 full spread  and olive oil.

With brocolli from our garden :Hi: :Hi: :Hi:

I like the sound of that Ton.

I am about to start a Pang man muang. It is a Thai chicken stir fry with red and green peppers, spring onions, green beans, basil leaves and cashews in a fiery hot chicken stock flavoured with garlic, galangal and chopped chillies, then served with boiled rice.

We'll be munching broccoli and cabbage for the next few weeks

Then the cauli should be ready and the onions and turnips are looking good :D

Have the say, that was the best brocolli I've had for a long time - I'll be adding it to tomorrow nights dinner - as there will be 5 of us, reckon 3 should so it 8-)

Wm that does sound gorgeous!

We 're having veggie pie, made from what was left in the fridge - onion, celery, green pepper, carrots, two mushrooms. Plus paprika, tomato puree, veg stock.
Still cooking to be topped with mean amount of mash and small amount of grated cheese (fast day), to be finished in the oven :)

Typical! Nobody asked last night when I made a lovely lasagne using butternut squash sheets instead of pasta :P Tonight was Pilates and I don't eat before I go and can't face a big meal after, so I had tomato soup
