I have to admit iv never tried fresh tuna
Only had it out of a tin :shock:

Sorry folks, it's actually quite nice.

A Portuguese favourite. And although it's well known I don't like fish, even I'll eat it - as long as there is plenty of onions :lol: :lol:

There are 2 ways of doing it.

One is by using a huge pans, frying the onions and then adding small potatoes, either sliced or cubed, with wine, garlic and stock and then adding the fresh tuna for a few minutes,

the other is to have brocolli, potaotes, fry the tuna and add a lot of fried onion on top of that. Add olive oil and a glass of vinho verde 8-)
