I think it's so weird when people come viewing your house.
When we were moving two years ago we'd agreed a part exchange with the house builders and they then put our house on the market even before the sale between us had completed, I suppose they need a quick return. Anyway within a day or two of it going on the market we had two viewings one night, four the next day, two lined up for the following day, one the next day and two the following weekend. Thankfully the fourth couple who viewed it put in an immediate offer and it was accepted, I just found it so stressful even though it made no difference to me whether any of them bought it.

Well, they've just gone.

They also saw our neighbours house up the road, which they didn't like

We're away for a few days, but Dirk, the estate agent, has the keys.

And they have an apartment in the village, but it's too small,

Obviously they have some money.

Gives me a bit of hope
