That went well
Posted: 05 Aug 2015, 17:18Got to hospital a bit early - well, they're mucking about with the road system getting into Faro, so thought better be safe than sorry 
Went to pay for my appointment and was handed a bill for 72 euros
When I queried it, he showed me - and one of the bills was for 2010 
So I coughed up and went to find where I was supposed to be. Was called within a couple of minutes, did bp and pulse, a little high, but as it was very hot, they let me off 
Wait, she said.
Then I was called into another room where they did an ecg.
Wait, she said.
Only 20 minutes late
not bad for Portugal 
saw the doc. Chatted about the incident last May and we decided that it really was a one off, but he wants me to go back in a year, to have a proper look and listen. But I'm to call an ambulance should it ever happen again.
Out of there within the hour - impressed
