Lisa Riley has apparently injured her shoulder training for the salsa tomorrow's semi-finals of Strictly. I hope she can perform on the night because the clips I've seen of it look superb, and the music is sublime, one of my favourite party tracks ....

I follow Robin Windsor (local lad) on Facebook and he's just posted " All ready to go for the semi final tomorrow" so they should be OK

Well she was on It Takes Two tonight both speaking and dancing and there was no mention of it.

Entertaining and fun to watch but every dance looks the same tailored by the lovely Robin to suit her abilities and when I watch her dancing I can only think back to The Roly Polys as they made me smile too.

Yes, I think she really has to go tonight, but will the voters agree?

I imagine the other female celebrities doing her routines week after week and they would have gone by now if they had-same old-same old.
