Good service

Recently bought a new dress shirt. It has black buttons on the front. So I emailed the firm which has offices and a factory in Yorkshire saying I would pay for some spare ones. After sending my address I got an envelope this morning with ten spare buttons, and it hasn't cost me anything apart from time. Will buy one of their shirts if I ever need another one.

Excellent customer service there, and well worth their while as you will buy from them again I can never understand poor customer service as it loses them customers
