I've made ginger, lime and coriander chicken kebabs with a pear and goats cheese salad with loads of rocket.

Chocolate muffins for dessert.

It's cooler, windy and a bit wet here which is handy as I had a few bits to use up. We're having lasagne, sauce made and is lovely and rich - remembered to add a parmesan rind from the freezer

Didn't want to be stuck in the kitchen when Usain and our bloke are on

We're having tuna, with white beans, courgettes, peppers and other stuff. Can't remember what goes in it, but I'm doing some bread with it.

I had a small cheese & onion quiche (weight watchers so no crust), with lots of salad - am trying to be very very good

Amy had some 'flipper dippers' and spaghetti then an ice cream from the ice cream van
