Getting picked up by a friend at 4pm and we're going out for an early dinner.

It is 20c and raining. Not heavy but enough to get you wet.

Going to pick up a pair of trousers which i have had dry cleaned. They had a mark on which did not come out in the wash.
Then to Lidl for some food shopping. To the bank to try and sort out my Debit card.

Going to Chorley. I want some cheese. The stall has been shut or two weeks. They have been on holiday. Will also get some meat and fish.

Warm already, so another hot day.

Meeting a friend at 10.00 and bringing him back here / he gets lost otherwise Then leaving him here to sort out the tv and I-m heading into Ourique. Dentist first, hopefully not too painful and then I-ll do the supermarket shopping.

Back to do not a lot.

La Diva will come back sometime this afternoon, from it-s quick Algarve trip for re/calibration and a new key. Now that will be expensive

Morning all, it’s dull here and a bit drizzly. Nevertheless Edward has headed off to play golf. The ironing awaits my attention. Then this afternoon I might do some more work on updating the filing cabinet. We had a lovely meal out with Miss Osc yesterday evening in one of the local pubs, hadn’t been there for a few years and it was very nice. So good to have her to ourselves and have a real catchup, don’t often get the chance as her life is so busy. Right, general tidy around before I start ironing.

Had a wet walk with George first thing. Bill would refuse to set paw out of the door in the rain but George loves it so I think I’d better invest in some proper waterproof boots

Had a fantastic night out last night seeing Ricky Gervais, haven’t laughed that much in a long time.

We've been out for breakfast, then round to see D. Popped to Tesco en route as B asked me to pick up the ingredients for apple cake. It's her turn to take in cake for the elevenses at the weekly team meeting at work on Thursday, so she asked D for the recipe for her delicious apple cake She'll be baking, but I'll be supervising as she hasn't baked much. Spaggy bol or a roast is more her speed.

I've just put a white wash on the airer to dry indoors, as it's pouring with rain here today, on and off

Brand new Merc key, with all the dodads, 195 euros

The new Honda key, without anything bar a new chip was 50, so more than happy.
