Good morning Sunday

Postby Ally » 20 Jul 2025, 05:30

Good morning.

Looks nice again. :)

I've looked on Google maps and there's a park I'd like to walk to 7km from here so I'll get my trainers on and get going. A nice round 14kms should set me up for the day.

Tonight we're going to binge watch Joan, based on a real life jewel thief.
A Chinese takeaway and I'll be one happy lady.

We.had a lovely afternoon yesterday, with our lunch guests. Our new niece Sarah is such a lovely girl, I'm sure she and young Chris will have a lovely life together, back in Canada 8-)

Today we've been invited to join them, and D of course, for Sunday lunch at The Bell at Frampton-On-Severn. Yum!. :D

Have a great day everyone xx

Grey and cloudy but not cold.

Laptop didn't want to play this morning, so I'm very late on parade

Sewn up some trousers for Grumpy, done the watering and we're off out to lunch :D

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Good morning.
Grey here, we've had a bit of rain but nothing apocalyptic.
Enjoy your meals out Jan and Kaz.
Chicken for dinner and the motor bikes this afternoon.
Have a lovely day everyone and healing vibes for RIA.

Morning all :D

Raining

Ria hope you had a comfortable night x

We were planning to tidy the garden, but looking out of the window I don't think that will be happening. We even had hail yesterday afternoon :o

Roast chicken with salad for dinner, vanilla blancmange with lemon and lime jelly for pud.

Hope you all have a good day xx

Morning all, it’s fairly grey here today, although the drizzle has stopped for the time being. My intention today is to do as little as possible apart from the necessary. It’s going to be golf all day, the current leader is so far ahead that, unless he has a heart attack or gets struck down by lightning, nobody will catch him. Then there will be darts this evening.

Kinky Boots was great last night and Johannes Radebe was fabulous, apart from dancing, he can sing and act, and his lovely personality flowed off the stage. Really enjoyed it.

Afternoon all, it’s raining. Yesterday wasn’t too bad until it turned torrential in the evening.

We’re going over to see Tom after lunch, which will be gammon, veg and parsley sauce. Joe’s just gone for a run, it was lovely to see him and Jade back yesterday afternoon. They had a lovely holiday.

Kaz, is this the nephew and niece who were married in Canada? Glad you have a lovely time with them :)

Have a good day all :D

Yes Jo! Chris (Jeff and Jayne's son) and his Lebanese/Canadian wife :) They're settling near Toronto, living with her parents whilst job and house hunting. Her parents have a big house with a self-contained flat in the basement. She's a teacher and he's in IT so they should find jobs reasonably easily.
