Car insurance.

Those jokers at AVIVA, get that - AVIVA - wanted to increase my renewal policy by nearly 50% and were most unhelpful in doing any negotiation. The website is pants and I could not do it there so had to use chat. It was like dealing with a toddler in a strop so I have left.

I have gone to other "known" companies direct - not using any comparison sites - and have got the same cover as last year for only £28 more!

It pays to shop around... and avoid AVIVA like the plague.

I get 365 green card with SAGA which is rather expensive to get elsewhere. I just pay it. Although my Peugeot I bought recently may go elsewhere. I tried a bunch of insurance sites and they gave me no better than the comparison sites.

I get a discount for having two vehicles with SAGA so with being tied to one it's kind of hard to get a better deal for the other.

I use an insurance broker in Wakefield.
You would think that this would be expensive but it has saved me money.

wm,
Aviva are paying my private pension. It increases each year. That is why your car insurance is going up.

Cromwell, can you let me have the details of the Insurance Broker. My car insurance is due for renewal shortly.
