Morning Ally and everyone

Definitely NOT May weather today. It's chucking it down and very windy

Safe travels Ria xx

An unpleasant day for travelling up the motorway, but we have to be in Lisbon for Grumpy's 11.00am appointment. The bombeiros are taking us up this time and to save them coming to us, we're going into Ourique.

Depending on what time we get back, we might go for lunch. I've taken out a pork stew, just in case.

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Aww Saundra it’s so lovely to see you, you’re in all of our thoughts and are very much missed and loved xx

Morning all, George had his walk in the sunshine again.
Last night’s barbecue didn’t exactly go to plan. It was lovely when we started cooking but just as the first batch of food was ready the wind really picked up, grey clouds suddenly appeared, it started pouring down and then thunder and lightning started

The Tesco order is due this morning and once the lawns are dry I’ll get them cut.

Have a good day all :D

Oh Saundra, how lovely to see you, we all miss you xx

Good morning all, it’s sort of hazy sunshine here and a lot of cloud. Still, it’s dry and forecast is reasonable for the weekend. Off to mobility class this morning and probably going dancing tonight. Miss Osc has booked for herself and Kellie, myself and my sister to go and see The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe next Tuesday, so another thing added to a fairly busy calendar. I remember reading it to her when she was little and she has done the same with Kellie. I wonder can I reread it over the weekend  Save travels to Ria, and hopefully Jen is getting over the jet lag.

Morning all :D

Bright and sunny 8-)

((((Saundra)))) lovely to see you, we've all missed you xxx
Safe travels Ria.
Hope all goes well with Grumpy's appointment Jan.

Slept like a log, didn't wake up till 8.30 this morning. Still wading through the washing, hope to finish it all today. Also wading through 6 weeks worth of TV & Satellite Week magazines, only 2 weeks to go now. Most things we see regularly will automatically do a series link on the Sky box, but anything new and on streaming channels needs to be programmed in. Thank goodness for catch up, I've already managed to add most of the new stuff like The Last of Us to the box. We'll have loads to watch this summer

Washed my hair and have plastered a face mask on, definitely needed doing after all the sun, sea and sand, the latter gets everywhere  Will be seeing the hairdresser next week, pre booked before we went away, it will have been 8 weeks since it was last done so almost at emergency level

Hope you all have a good day xx

Good morning.
MrsC is off babby wrangling, I've been to the butchers and done the crossword (not in the butcher's though, obvs).
Lovely to see you Saundra! We've been thinking about you.
Safe travels to Ria.
It's another nice day here, a bit fresher than yseterday.
The hawthorne blossom is really coming out now; it is a lovely sight and smell.
May is the most beautiful month, I think.
Have a nice day everyone.

Crommers, the hawthorn is beautiful isn’t it, the scent always takes me back to walking across the railway bridge in Hednesford to see my Nan and Grandad, there was a huge may tree just as you walked into the bridge.
