Need to go back to Mercadona as I forgot the shopping list yesterday so only got half what we needed.

It is only 14C again but the sun is out so it may get warmer.

Going to Lidl this morning. Taking my freind as she has got rid of her car. She is keeping her driving licence as you sometimes need proof of identity.

This afternoon will just be pootling. May finish the weeding if it does not rain.

What a difference a day makes Sunny, warm and only 22C today, but feels much warmer already.

Washing out, well, the first load anyway. Trying out different programmes on the machine, the first one was okay

More weeding to be done, I tool down three barrow loads that Grumpy filled up yesterday. I just chucked my lot into the field, much nearer Trying to clear a couple of the flower beds this morning. Really pleased with one of the bushes we put in a couple of years ago, first lot of flowers

A lovely one it is too, sunny and warm.
MrsC is off babby wrangling, I'vee taken Pat's paper round.
We need a mini statement so that's this afternoon.
Ally and Jan, we are the other way round. We get what's on the list and then when I turn round in Sainsbury's MrsC has vanished - usually down the make up aisle - and is getting more than was on the list.
Then we get home and find out we forgot to put half a dozen things on the list in the first place...

Morning all, it’s a pleasant one here although rain is forecast for later. I’m just back from bringing Edward and Michael to the golf club and have bits and pieces to do around the house. Usually when they are finished they ask me to go and join them for a cuppa, we always leave that up to Michael if he wants me to - thankfully he generally does. I’ve to post a present to my grandnephew, his birthday is actually today but I got muddled up with the dates. Otherwise nothing particular planned.

Crommers that made me smile, both Mick and his mum have an amazing capacity.for disappearing in Tesco - I spend most of my time going up and down the aisles looking for them! xx

It's a lovely day here, but I have a very heavy cold, so am staying indoors. Mick has gone to pick Becky and Daisy up from the station, then she's going to Tesco to pick up a few bits for me.

I picked up a cold from somewhere too, not too bad, just a very runny nose

Had to ring the bombeiros earlier, there was a huge amount of smoke, just over the hill. Went on for ages and was a bit of a worry. But they said that it was a registered burn, but let them know if it wasn-t out soon.

After an hour and a half, no more smoke. That must have been a huuuuge bonfire
