Sunny and forecast 25°. That's a lovely temperature but with May rapidly approaching (excuse me, it was January yesterday!) the temps will be creeping up to 30° very soon.

I'm going for a stroll with Don.

We need to do a Mercadona shop this afternoon.

Still only 14C with grey clous. But the sun is trying to come out.

Want to finish the weeding. Still have a small patch at the back which is awkward to get at. Otherwise it is just pootling.

We have sunshine and blue sky But the forecast is for rain from 10.00

Normal working day here and as we don't have any rain - yet - we'll head out after breakfast and get some weeding done.

The forecast for the rest of the week is wall to wall sunshine and 28C

Change of plan yesterday, as it as so cold and windy, so the bbq is on hold until the week-end.

Ally, enjoy the nice temps while they last. And agree, it feels like just yesterday that it was January; this year is just flying by!
Cruiser, hope you get the weeding done. Similar temperatures here, but the sun is struggling to break through.
Jan, hope the rain holds off so you can get some weeding done; but then rain is always very welcome for you... so hopefully it does a bit later

A busy day for me today; prepping for the week ahead. Need to get to Sainsbury's and sort the laundry, tidy and clean and then get a few other things done. And spend a few hours in the greenhouse potting up various veg plants I bought, and get some seeds sown.

Morning all, mostly cloudy with occasional sun here, feels fractionally warmer. Yesterday was very cold. Mobility class this morning (yes, she does bank holidays) then back with nothing particular planned. We had a nice dinner here yesterday with my sister, then just sat around chatting. She and I were trying to organise an M&S gift hamper for a family member in the UK who turns 80 early next month. Finally got to choosing a delivery date only to find the entire month of May blocked off Finally phoned their customer service, apparently it will clear once Easter is over, so I’ll try again later this week.

Grey here and we have had heavy spots of rain, but nothing prolonged. Not warm either.
We need a bit of shopping which we'll have to get this afternoon. I guess it's Sunday hours today?

We had a lovely day again yesterday, had a yummy bar meal at Southern Palms whilst listening to the steel band. Honestly I don't know how they manage to be so melodic with some old oil cans. We've well and truly over indulged the past few days, back to omelette later today.

The beach beckons for us today

Afternoon everyone

We had a nice lie-in, no Daisy Dog to disturb us as B isn’t back until tomorrow Went out for a bite, and we’re now round at D’s.

We had a nice day yesterday with Christopher, he’s looking very well after his heart scare last autumn, and has lost over 30kg in weight on doctor’s advice. I think that’s roughly 5st in old money! Anyway it suits him, and the main thing is that he feels a lot better for it
