What's for tea?

I am having braised steak in onion gravy with mashed potatoes, peas and swede followed by a homemade fresh fruit cocktail and cream.

Or as the TV cooks would say "du pain grillé au fromage".
You'll need a blowtorch, Fresh 'erbs and spices, extra-extra virgin olive oil and a wood fired oven. Only takes about 40 minutes and is delicieux.![]()
