I am having braised steak in onion gravy with mashed potatoes, peas and swede followed by a homemade fresh fruit cocktail and cream.

Sausages, cauli, brocolli, green beans and tomatoes for us.

Salmon, mushrooms and mixed vegetables.

Today's plan of reading in the garden went right out the window.

Lengthy lunch.

Tea tonight, whilst watching Great British Menu, will be cheese on toast.

You'll need a blowtorch, Fresh 'erbs and spices, extra-extra virgin olive oil and a wood fired oven. Only takes about 40 minutes and is delicieux.
