We're having pan fried salmon fillet, some stir fried veg on a bed of lemon and coriander noodles.

I brought HEAPS of spices back with me.

I made pasta with chicken and a spicy tomato sauce. Tom brought some spices back from Morocco and I've no idea what they are but the one I used tonight worked well

We had tuna salad, a la Nizette

Don't use spice of any kind these days

I made a Greek salad, and Mick had his with some veggie quiche. I was intending to eat mine when I got home from Zumba just now, but I don't fancy it now, so am having a banana Becky had spaghetti carbonara, she made it herself while I was at Zumba - she doesn't like feta
