I was going to have a second bowl of my concoction, but it is so filling I settled for a cup of coffee and a digestive.

And the bread Jo. I am going to make bread tomorrow for the first time in I don't know how long.

And I will be making it on my new WORKTOPS.

Can I have a big thick crust when the loaf has cooled, spread with real butter. Used to have one when my mother baked bread when I was young. Used to kneed it before it was put in a very large bowl to rise. Used to buy two ounces of yeast. It was cut off a big block.
