David's picking me up at 10am and we're off for a 30km yomp round the Malaga mountains.

Apart from lashings of sun cream I shall be wearing head protection after last week's scalp scalding!

We should finish around 5ish and then head to Jose's where we'll meet up with Don whose flight is due in around 4 o'clock.

No fun when it's too busy, and why oh why do so many people think it's a good idea to take their dogs with them?!

Bright and sunny here

Factor 50 every time, since E's problems we've had to be much more careful and aware of the need for good sun screen.

One of the coffee ladies is 60 today and she's invited some of us to a garden party at her home later this afternoon, partners too. Should be good fun, really looking forward to it.

Morning all, not that nice here, although last night's rain had stopped by the time we got up. We were out earlier watching Michael play football, and it was miserable and cold, I was even wearing gloves Michael is very excited, his daddy has been given two free premium tickets for tomorrow's Ireland -v- Austria World Cup qualifer

Tonight is our friends' social dance and we will be setting off quite early to help them set up the room. So we will eat early and go out around 5.30pm. I really hope it goes well for them, you just never know how many will turn up.

as it's Mrs A's birthday today and we are going to have a change from our usual

Afternoon all its wet and cold here Scarlett was on her way to see me but there is a 2hr traffic jam due to a rave festival plus the other route is closed to an accident
We are isolated so he's turned back home
