... to blow your brains out!

I was at the cheese counter trying to avoid the smell of those horrible and runny sweaty feet cum baby sick concoctions - brie, camembert, stilton, you know the sort of things. Next thing I know I am drooling over Windyridge Afterburner "hand forged and fiercely hot" and asking for 200g!

OMG it is HOT!-HOT!-HOT! :o

I have saved a bit, but I will have to get some more.

"Tasty" cheese, what has that got to do with anything? :o

If it isn't mild Cheddar it is not cheese. But if it is mild Cheddar laced with chilli, peppercorns, mustard seeds, cayenne or anything that 'burns' then it becomes a super-cheese. 8-) ;)

My favourite cheese for special occasions is Camembert.

I can really make a pig of myself with it.

Both of us can too Aggers, even more so if it's baked, with crusty bread to dunk into that gorgeous gooiness :)

My overall favourite is proper vintage cheddar, mild has no place in our house :D
Not fond of flavoured cheese either really, although can possibly see a place for strong cheddar with a touch of chilli, for toasties.

 Mild doesn't get cross our doorstop either. I just don't see the point of it. Give me a good strong Cheddar and I'm very happy.
Not keen on most flavoured but I do like Applewood Smoked.

Joe's favourite is Stilton, he's loved it since he was very young.
