Good morning.
Another gorgeous day forecast and I'm off for a yompette round these here hilly streets.
My mad March challenge is 100 stomach curls, 50 squats and 20 burpees to be done every day. Not as hard as the ever increasing squats of February but the fact I'm doing them every day will be enough.
Might tootle over to la Trocha in Coin for a mooch in the shopping mall.
