Another gorgeous day forecast and I'm off for a yompette round these here hilly streets.

My mad March challenge is 100 stomach curls, 50 squats and 20 burpees to be done every day. Not as hard as the ever increasing squats of February but the fact I'm doing them every day will be enough.

Might tootle over to la Trocha in Coin for a mooch in the shopping mall.

Seeing my client this morning, then meeting B in town. She's rejigged her CV and wants to drop it around a few places so we're meeting afterwards. Zumba tonight.

Gosh Kaz you really are going for it re the fitness! You're at classes every day? Wow - impressed!! You're putting me to shame! In fact both you and Ally are! (but then Ally always did lol)

Last day of the working week for me - Tom's ill, he's got another chest infection so is sleeping in Jen's room (she's at Kyle's) until he feels a bit better. I thought I'd enjoy the space (I do) but I'm not sleeping....was wide awake at 5 again this morning so I finally got up at shortly before 7, so I have loads of time this morning before heading off for work. Tom's back driver side window got smashed while he was at work on Monday, he's taken mine today while it gets repaired - hopefully!

Starting out nice but cold this morning.

Off to Castro Verde later on for the monthly market, plants and trees to buy, as well as more veggies and hopefully, some sheets - ours are so old, the bottom sheet on the bed has actually worn through

It's been raining, stopped now but still very wet, the forecast promises more.

Wasn't sure what to expect, but we really enjoyed the film yesterday. Okay it wasn't the best we've ever seen, but it was far from the worst. Lots of action, great special effects, altogether great fun.

Off out with the ladies for coffee this morning.

Another lovely start to the day here but - same as yesterday - going to get grey and wet as the day progresses.

I keep saying this but I really really REALLY do somehow need to work some exercise into my life, but leaving the house at 7.15am and getting back 6.45pm I really don't fancy being away more... I'm not home enough as it is

It's dull and already started raining here. A shame as Bb has the day off,but it's really not nice.

Ally one of the yoga positions is called the gas ejector
Nothing planned,will see how the weather goes. Will look to see how cheap is a new keyboard, we haven't been able to fix this one and it's driving me mad

I can if I like have a choccie bar this afternoon, or cake even, since Kaz and I have successfully completed our sweet-free February challenge
My March challenge is to get out and walk - no set target - but only in half-decent weather

Good morning all! It's sunny here with a bit of a breeze.

Billy's had a long and muddy walk, I've exercised on the cross trainer and the washing is blowing around on the line. Joe's in college and John's not going for his Wednesday night bike ride as he's been late getting out of work recently plus rain is forecast!
