Another month that has zoomed by!

Off for a run shortly and back for day 28 (praise be for a short month! ) of my squat challenge - 280!

Forecast is gorgeous for today and it's Dia de Andalucia.

We're going into town at lunchtime to watch the various parades and madness then meeting up with friends at a new bar for an afternoon sitting in the sun with a glass or 2 of sangria.

Heaven knows what time we'll get home...I'm on school holidays so who cares.

We're having pancakes too Jo, but as we're on the last day of sugar-free I'll be making mine with bananas and eggs, from a recipe I saw on Facebook

I am always glad to see the back of February as March means Spring, and my birthday

Zumba this morning then up to see D afterwards The weather is dry and not too windy so I Imagine the trip up the hill to my late FIL's grave will be on for this afternoon.

Son won`t be pleased as he has to drive from Sussex up to Bolton
this morning on business and he will meet the snow!!
I am pleased with myself today. I might be 83 but i am not senile yet
but i could not work out how to post on Instagram. I have tried for
ages but only today realised that you have to do it on your phone
then it appears on the laptop. That will surprise the Grandchildren
as they bet i would`nt do it but i have.

What a beautiful sunny start to the day here - cold and icy first thing (my car door was frozen shut - lots of thick ice all over it) but oh so beautiful.

The month has flown by hasn't it - and Kaz I agree with you; March definitely is the beginning of longer days and the promise of warmer weather to come; I love it...

I'm meeting a friend for lunch, other than that, usual work day and usual evening home
