Sun and cloud this morning. We had more rain in the early hours and showers are forecast for today. Getting warmer and drier from Saturday

Need to pick some broad beans this morning and hope to find some room in the freezers for them. Will also take some to Mitchell later.

Doing the Pingo run this morning. Also need to get some money to pay for the lamb and will pop into Alentejana on my way past. Think Grumpy will be staying in the car, rather than face Pingo. I'm hoping it will be quiet in there, as I'll be doing shopping for Mitch too.

Back to that infernal jigsaw

Morning all. Got off to a bracing start this morning when the water ran cold in the shower!
Off to the supermarket soon. If there's a queue a mile long I'll pass though. Hopefully the wine I ordered will be delivered today but I have my doubts.

Another glorious sunny - but oh so cold - start to the day. I'm longing for some warmth, I truly am.

I'm on hold to Ikea customer services about my cancelled kitchen; at least the music they're playing is OK, lots of Abba which is no surprise. But I'm still really hacked off..

No plans today, apart from my Zumba class at 7 - it will be my third this week, I'll be superfit by the end of this, as long as I can stop nibbling I do have a wash on, to get dried and ironed. Becky is starting the three days off stage of her new shift pattern.

Jan, Harry was feeling almost back to normal when I spoke to him yesterday, thank goodness! Thanks for asking xxx
