Yesterday, I went to the bank and saw the Manager. It is a lady. I told herwhat has hapened. She got my details up on the computer and could see that THREE
new Debit cardshad ben ordered, the first on 16th July 2025.

She didn'tknow why I had beensent an email to say one was coming. She was very understanding and coud not explain why Ihad not received a new card.

We have a good postman and have never had any problems with missing post.
So hopefully Iwill get anew debit card later this week.

Good luck with that. I would have suggested collecting it from the bank.

I am with Suff on this re getting it from the bank.

Now, a word of warning: If the bank system sees three have been ordered then you need to look out for more in the post. You will also need to look out for multiple letters with PINs for all those cards - you cannot activate or use the card without the default PIN. Only one will work for the card you did get. Once you are absolutely certain things are working you can destroy any of the others, but I would take them to the bank just to be sure.

Absolutely WM. I just checked my banking app and I can see the last 4 digits of the current issued card on my account. Important to check these things because trying to register the wrong card or cutting up the right one would be a tad non optimal to put it mildly.

Usually a renewed card keeps the same pin. However if it has now been re-issued I'm not sure. Not all banks are the same.
