Good morning Sunday

Postby Ally » 08 Jun 2025, 06:53

Good morning.

Sunny and scorchio at 41°.

Going over to Jacob's early to collect Craig.

We're taking him to a little market which is one of my favourites and we'll have breakfast. :D

Three of his friends are flying over tonight to join him belatedly for his birthday.
We'll pick them up from the airport and they're staying at ours tonight before they all head off to Granada tomorrow morning.
We'll have a BBQ and a cold beer ready waiting for them.

Have a great day.

Got to laugh.....the man that's been doing our garden and pool for years messaged me yesterday upset that he couldn't find his set of keys to ours he's had forever.
They'll turn up I assured him.
They have.
In the fridge behind a pot of gazpacho.

Morning Ally, morning everyone

Sunny and going to be a rather warm day 8-)

Although it was quite chilly at 6.00, when I started the watering

Got a couple more plants to go in and also need to cut back one of the rose bushes.

BBQ later, so will get the prep out of the way this morning.

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning all :)

Ally, how on earth did they get into the fridge? :P
Craig is certainly having a wonderful birthday :D xx

That was early Jan, but I guess it's a good idea to do some outdoor jobs before it gets too hot ;) Xx

Good morning Saundra, hope you enjoy Scarlett's visit :) Hugs for you too (((x)))

It's sunny again this morning, after a massive (much needed) downpour yesterday evening. We'll be out in a while doing our usual thing. I have some bedding to get out on the line first.

Have a good day everyone :) xx

Good morning everybody,

It is only 16C here. There are grey clouds but no rain yet. I want to get id of the weeds whichhave started to grow between the flags at the front.

Am going to put the washing on as the basket is full again.

Ally, I lose things in the house. Have never put anything but food in the fridge.

Have a good dayeverybody.

Morning all, it’s dull and grey here :? Really missing our lovely holiday sunshine. I’m still working my way through the holiday laundry, hate having to dry it indoors, I did a lot of ironing yesterday. This evening we are going over to Miss Osc’s - she and SIL are going to a concert so we’ll spend the evening with Kellie and Michael. Michael is halfway through his Junior Cert exams but I’d say he’ll take time off studying to watch football with Grandad ;)

Osc I'm still missing the Barbados sunny weather.

Update, just had a call from cardiology, tomorrow's appointment cancelled as the consultant wishes to review my case and decide whether I should have /need to have the procedure.
Wait to hear from them

Good afternoon.
Keys in the fridge, that's a new one.
Hope the consultant does right by you Vic.
Sunshine and showers here today.
Air fryer chicken for lunch as the element went in the oven last week. It's being fixed on Tuesday.
Have a nice day everyone.
