We feel lucky that our boys missed all the techno toy malarkey - not knocking it because it is indicative in today's society/culture. But our best memories are of simple games.

I've always loved when my parents have been over and the boys have been more than happy to spend hours with their grandparents playing card games, dominoes or simple charades in our kitchen. Wonderful times.

I'm glad to say we've always played all sorts of games with the boys, and still do :)
Lovely at Christmas when youngest asked to play Triominoes, and we played our new game (Randomise) for ages, amidst huge laughter :D

Harry's favourite is Monopoly, he has several different versions of it, and can thrash me with each one

Uno is the favourite here (apart from with John, he doesn't like games but then I think that's because he never played them as a child).
Whenever we went to Cornwall the Uno cards and a normal set of cards would be packed for evenings in the cottage.
