I had a new upright freezer delivered on 2nd March 2025. It has three shelves and is in the garage.
On Friday, I went to get a loaf out of one of the shelves. There is a hinged flap at the front which comes down. This came off one of the hinges
at the side. I could not fit it back in position, so yesterday I went to the store where I bought it from. As it is under warranty, and I had registed it,
the said I would have to contact the make--Bloomberg--for help.
Back home after listening to music, one operator said the model number did not exist. The second one said my Post Code did not exist. I told him
I was looking at the Royal Mai lweb site which clearly showed my correct Post Code and street name. I have sent an email to Blomberg about this
problem but am waiting for a reply. Very poor customer service.
So tomorrow, I am going back to the store with all the details for them to sort it out.
As I have said, to fail after less than two months of use means it is not fit for use.
